We accept returns of unused merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized or monogrammed items are final sale.

For ballistic nylon fabrics, use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap and water. For hardside collections, use a non-abrasive cleaner to maintain the shell's finish.

Can I track my repair status?

Yes, once your bag is received at our official repair center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your repair online.
